Crafters Beware!

I was looking at the market board today, trying on stuff i cannot possibly afford as usual lol . But I realized the crafter who made the item was displayed on the item info!!!! Now im not sure if this worries anyone else, but I am personally concerned about this. I do not want people / tell me asking for lower price or trade or harass me for asking too much. The retainers maintain the peace and automy of our items/ purchase/ sales. I think this should be fixed immediately, only after purchasing the item should the crafters name be displayed proudly on your new gear/ weapon.

In conjunction with above, I think when we purchase something, no name should be displayed saying who bought it. I think the price purchased is sufficient information. This is not as concerning, but above needs to be given some level of priority.

The game has been out almost a year now and it has always been like this, and not once have I been harassed by anybody.
On the contrary, once the fact that I can see who bought my items actually allowed me to politely ask someone if I could buy my item back, as I had accidentally put the wrong price, and they were nice enough to give me my item back in exchange for having the same item crafted for their own materials.

Ive actually had money saved by this. Im pretty sure if people buy the item for no tax (being in the same town as the retainer) you are not charged a tax either. So its a win win for everyone. had several people that didnt want to pay the tax so /tell me if they can just straight up trade. I dont mind it. Also lets you see who the noob undercutters are so you can advise them on better tactics.

there have been people who get harrassed about prices, so it is a bit of a problem. sometimes, it does work out nicely, but not everyone likes to nice.

I found it helps to see who bought something last. My retainer brought back a seed that sold on my server for 400k and I had no idea what it was used for.

I was able to ask the last buyer what it was used for so I would know if I needed to save it or if I could sell it.

I didn't want to sell it if it was for the new minions.

I used to fill up 4 retainers while saving for a house, undercutting 80 ppl each time, never got harassed. If you cant afford to sell it, don't craft it.

I've gotten some great barter deals out of people using this method. Has the potential for misuse, but now that the rmt issue is fairly under control, you can use your blist for its intended purpose.
