You don't need a static. Simply be more social and make friends and join LS that are willing to help fledgling players beat older content. My FC and LS are constantly helping new players clear old content.

I have one, but it's inactive, and I don't feel like joining a new one, because most of the ones on my current world that are English-Only have way too many hardcores, etc. I also don't want to turn off linkshell chat due to the number of people in it; nor do I want to hear drama about hunts, or people's negative experiences with duty finder.

You are saying here you dont like others requirements, yet here you are stating your requirements which is just as absurd, system isnt at fault, its your self.
