not trying to say you suck, but it might not be that its too hard as a raid, but that its too hard to learn the phases because everyone quits too fast.
I'm sorry if I'm incapable of finding a static that will take a newbie for a one-time run so I never do it again. I just don't like people who stonewall others by forcing them to watch a video or read a text guide. I'm also not keen on big FCs / Guild, especially with the voice chat requirement and website sign-up requirement, usually. Some FCs also advertise they aren't hardcore, when they actually are as well, which upsets me.

So on top of the echo you will probably have an additional 10~15% HP on top of the echo (which I believe is sitting at 25% right now). I really dont see what you want them to do? Are you after just walking in and the boss killing itself? As far as coil 2 goes... I have done coil 2 one time, my first and only time I went as a WHM and I did T6-8 and learned a bit of T9. I will probably eventually try to do it some more but I am not sure yet as I dont consider myself a raider.
On Ragnarok, people ask if you're new to Coil, and if you've seen videos / etc. They will immediately kick no matter what if you haven't. I've watched a video twice, and read a text guide, but I've forgotten about half of the fight within just a few hours. I'm not going to bother to try and queue or find a static / etc. (I've even set my search information to say I won't do turn 5 or beyond ever.)
