The quest itself says that "base accuracy will not be replaced" for Thyrus/Omnilex Animus... Not sure how people got confused by this as it's pretty clear from the text and scroll listed cap that any acc added to the scroll will be added to the base.

Well I think people just wanted some black and white confirmation?

But well.. melding accuracy for healers is interesting lol. But I feel it'd be wasted.
