Acceptable Cash Shop Items: Suggestions!

The OP wasn't looking for constructive discussion, he created this thread with the sole intention of it being a flamebait.

Ahaha, I didn't realize who OP was when I started posting, that's what I get for looking at the forums when I wake up.

It still would have been nice to hear more constructive thought on the matter.

As others have stated, it's possible but highly unlikely and once a game starts down the road it rarely decides to turn around. There's only one Hilmar Veigar Pétursson, and he already works for CCP.

Because we've seen what happens when games do this. Either games put them in as a last ditch effort to stay afloat after going f2p and never manage to come back to what they were (SWToR Terra ect.), or they launch with one and relegate the majority of their in game additions to the cash shop and lock content behind RNG lottery boxes (GW2).

In short, people think it will ruin the game or betray it's spirit. You can't really expect to suggest such a change and not have people get upset by the idea.
I've watched worse vitriol come out of the GW2 forums over people just suggesting mounts in a game without any because it will "make it like WoW"
