I know full well how to use it without messing up my rotation or dropping buffs where I can help it. Your response of "you just need to get better" is just as lazy and cliche.

Fracture is a GCD skill with a TP cost a good deal above the average MNK skill, and its effect on TP consumption becomes very apparent with prolonged use. The fact that it is on GCD means it, like ToD, will prolong the use of stance-advancing skills which are quite important for content with mechanics that can often lead to one dropping important buffs like GL3 or TS if not careful.

All I am saying is that those are the risks and costs associated with the use of Fracture. It is important to understand that and weigh it against the potential benefit. Even on a dummy parse, where there are no mechanics or risks to speak of the increase in DPS comes to be about a 1.6% increase. The question is: is a 1.6% potential increase to DPS worth the associated risks?

In my opinion, in most cases it is not. Like I said before, I can still see myself using it for relatively straightforward single-target burn phases such as Dreadnaughts or Asclepius, but other than that I will refrain from using it on bosses with mechanics that force off-time.
