It's easy enough for the minority and pretty much impossible for the majority of players.
I do think it should be toned down a bit (plume timings etc), so that the fight is a bit more about gears than skill. (Not loads, but enough to make the boss more accessible to "normal" players with decent gears)
Skill != Reflects actions.It's easy enough for the minority and pretty much impossible for the majority of players.

Skill != Ability to memorise.
Skill != Good Internet.
Skill should be about how to react to changing random situations. To plan a strategy and revise it at a moment's notice, implementing a tactic on the spot to react to new circumstances.
But I love your first line "It's easy enough for the minority and pretty much impossible for the majority of players.".

If time of day has an effect on chances of success then your game is broken. FFXIV is broken... the lag issues need to get fixed. I am willing to give it more time but at some point I just wont be able to take it anymore. My guess is many others have had it at this point.
It was not that obvious or critical till.... TITAN EX. Yea SE self-gimped themselves!!! CongratzIf time of day has an effect on chances of success then your game is broken. Titan Ex last 7 mins and they are two things you need to keep an eye on, well make it, know when it happen and its Mountain Buster in each phase.Added to the need to keep on the move, makes healing extremely hard. I am a middle age man at 35, I no longer have the power to concentrate of so many crazy stuff at once, pioritise and make quick second decisions and constantly look at chaotic ever changing situations for 15 minutes straight on full blown concentration. Especially after hours of draining work and after doing it for hours and especially needing to factor in lag.
So while Titan X might be a great fight for some, it is a horrorfest for me.
The only part where it get tough for the healers is yeah the beginning of the last phase just after heart is broken, because its the moment in the fight where everyone can screw up far faster than what you'd think.
But on that end its not really your fault. Beein on a vocal with things beein announced one by one so you know what to expect before it happen also help immensely if you got troubles to focus.
I mean, I know that its not fun under your point of view, and I think that you re just gonna hate Twintania for the same reasons.
On another hand tho ... Titan EX require the same amount of focus, imho, than on Turn 2 with ROT swap while you have to use def cds and shit when your tanks's stacks begin to be high, while movin and payin attention at the same time at everything that is happenin.
It's not that hard, but its still about focus. Games arent always designed to be played in a relaxed way
i obtained my second weapon
Others "elitist players" have 4.
Dunno where the complains come from. Titan EX is pretty similiar to Titan HM. In theory if you beaten Titan HM you shouldn't have much of a problem with Titan EX. Only different rotation and some new patterns. (+ adds). Personally out of the 3 extreme primal fights I find Titan to be the easiest one. Sure there are the occasional lagspikes and some other shenanigans but from a pure mechanics standpoint this fight is easy.
Yes, let's nerf the only semi-difficult content in the game so everyone can do it. Because, you know, 2.1 had nothing for casual players.
If Titan extreme isn't "fun" for you, you probably just suck. It's 10x more involved than Garuda and Ifrit XM, which for me = fun.
