Q35: If you leave your Free Company, what happens to your private chamber?

A35: In patch 2.3, if you don't remove your private chamber, you won't be able to leave your free company. In the future, we'll be making a system where if you leave your free company, your private chambers will be removed.

I'm kinda concerned that this could be exploited to not be kicked from a free company ie a rmt spamer joins a popular free company and buys a room and steals things from the chest and proceeds to spam free company chat with rmt spam

You can still invite people left and right just give them a rank that they can't have a personal room.

Sometimes the proverbial shit just hits the fan between individuals in the FC though. Can only prevent against that so much. This could be a legitimate concern.

Seen it happen more than once through the years with guilds. I don't expect my FC to just...disappear overnight or something, but I'm torn between purchasing a room just for the sake of clearing up my inventory or holding out for individual housing. (I've been collecting housing items since 2.1) I'll probably wait to see if anything is changed. If not I will probably just wait till I can have my own house.
