    Removing a DoT from a DoT class? Seriously?

    Thunder is a level 6 spell from a Thaumaturge, in which the said class is a part of our Class promotion to being a summoner because we are technically embracing the path to destruction. I would understand if they remove it from the healing side. But this? Seriously? I don't see the logic behind this at all.

    With this, now We have Surecast, Swiftcast, Raging Strikes, Quelling Strikes, and Hawk's Eye (which is absolutely useless) as cross class. oh dear

    Think of it like this. How are we going to maximize our dps now when we have start hitting Garuda's "auto-attack" and miss out on possible ruin spams, redotting, or effectively handle our time while raging strike is on. Garuda is just going to sit there most of the time.



    I don't mind that they fixed sch. I also play with sch. However, they should not have done it at the expense of SMNS.

    It isn't an issue of being lazy now not only do we have to have our rotation down but we also have to be responsible for keeping our pet using their basic attack as well as using contagion. TBH I wanted more pet interaction but not in that sense.

    You can macro pet actions now though. An easy workaround would be to macro whatever Garuda's basic attack is to your other spells.

    Will a series of "auto-attack" be interrupted when I need to press contagion. I had trouble interrupting a macro to do something else. There will still be a dps decrease because macros do not take into considerations decimal times for her cooldowns.

    well...well... we lost our dot,pet ai possibly screwed up.. but hey we have a new ice aoe spell! but they nerfed that too...
    now SF broke sleeps and binds...same bind u apply with the new aoe spell,come on! i cant believe this is real! i know DEVS DONT PLAY SUMMONER and maybe yoshi is pissed off because want blm overpower smn in single target too...
    summoner is the most complicated class to play , about 18 skills to use costantly in a fight (17 now...thx we resolved our problem lol) and..difficult for what reason? lower dps than a blm on single target lower on multi target,no support for group like silence or stun (yes ifrit can stun but really manage pet for stuns is absurd),so wich is our role now? play with barbie while blm take ur place in all coil turn or CT as well?
    very very frustrated,fortunately my 3 moths billing is near the end

    well can be a new combo with miasma2...if they just boost it ^^ but now umbrella ice has 50 potency instead of 100 so...bleah WTF

    I can't get on blm now to check, but the MP cost of blizzard II at 50 without umbral ice is pretty hefty. Combined with the fact we will have to ruinspam now, it's really not looking good for our longterm MP stock, aetherflow or not. Personally, as well, I'd be wary about doing something like that around stuff when most things in this game spam their own aoes like noones business.
