I wish I knew Japanese to know if there is a similar backlash in the Japanese forums.this is actually something i was just talking about. the NA forums rarely if ever get any communication from devs. And its starting to show because none of these changes were really talked about at all. They just kinda dropped a bomb on us. I guess i'm just used to companies like riot and blizzard communicating through forums more often.
Some communication would be appreciated so we could clarify some of the poor translation on the patch notes. There are things missing from the Japanese patch notes as well. its just all in all poorly communicated.
We have to make this thread popular as fast as possible for them to respond back to us. I am pissed in general. The boots, thunder, and this obey nonsense.
I don't really mind losing thunder, but taking it away while not buffing anything pet related? sadface
they are upset about the pet and wanted ruin 2 to have increased potency. they are also upset about thunder and called it a weak attempt at balance. They are also upset that the devs aren't paying attention to the forums.
So it seems as if the pet problems are not a lost in translation situation.
Yea, that seems to be all that really matters: "I play that too."
I do agree with the QQing here though; I fail to see the point in taking away Thunder but I'm conflicted on the AI changes. It does give SMN a bit more options and the issues presented here can be made up for with effective pet micro-management (which I actually like). The lazy and the shitty will definitely not like it though. Overall though, I don't expect that there will be any major impacts on SMN (except maybe the AI changes for those who can't adjust).
