Square does not have 8 million subscribers. Square's CS rating is currently at a 12% in NA and it's actually getting lower. In fact, they've already been reported to the BBB enough that a full review is underway. It took EA 8 months to even get there (Voted the worst CS in the industry last year)...Took SE, 1.

The western approach does not work. NCSoft proved it didn't work, MULTIPLE times, with multiple games.

Good games require damned good customer service, especially those you pay for and right now, SE does not have good customer service...Not anything remotely resembling the word good, much less satisfactory.

Also, I've been raiding in Rift since day 1. <~ Alpha/Beta. I left only recently for FFXIV. Trion had the second best CS in the industry until it went FTP and abolished the telephone service. Now, they're on-line only, HOWEVER, they still have response times that max out at 20 minutes. Let me say that again A FREE TO PLAY GAME WITH RESPONSE TIMES THAT AVERAGE 10 MINUTES.

Square's response time you ask? I waited in chat for 5 hours yesterday. - We PAY for that.

So you tell me, is Square living up to your expectations? Because they're not living up to mine...

The lack of response on this topic leaves more than a black mark, it leaves a bad taste and an empty wallet.
