If you think I'm a liar as you obviously do, you should be equally demanding an investigation, as my account was un-suspended and I now have over 10mil gil again.

Just because you can't buy endgame items, does not make it a broken market, there are plenty of players who can buy 2-star items legit.

This is not my first mmo, its not the first time ive encountered scum like goldsellers and the tactics they use nor and I unfamiliar with the efforts a company like blizzard or square must undertake in order to track and react to such actions.

Informing you might seem like the least they can do, in your position i might even feel the same, but my experience of mmos and exploiters ruining the gameplay for everyone tells me that square NEED to keep their mouths shut about this, not just now, but going forward.

If square told you why they suspected your account, and you were an exploiter, you would go away and do everything in your power to find a way around getting caught, that is how it works. If you dont believe me go and take another look at gil spamming in cities, these guys take great effort in making sure they arent flagged by adding random characters to every report and deliberatly having the text change.

I dont think just you are a liar, I think everyone is a liar, that is my base position, humans ARE liars especially when they are getting caught for something.

My post wasnt directed specifically at you, but at anyone like you who expects answers on this, you are unlikely to get them and from my perspective its unlikely you deserve them.

The market was broken, you can try and argue your way around it but items were being bought with RMT gill artificially inflating the prices across the board. Whatever you say on this I will disagree to my core, it was and is a broken market until the prices set are based on actual market forces. If RMT gill wasnt flooding the market, prices would have dropped significantly long ago, it was a broken market and you exploited it knowingly or not.

The fact square is taking action to tackle the issue, ham fisted and unfair as it might be is positive in my book. The fact they havnt completly fixed the economy and therefore market is acceptable for so short a time delay before action was taken at all. Blizzard for example wouldnt take action for 6 months at a time before banning in waves without ever giving an answer why or how it was decided.

And they had the headstart of being around before gold selling became a big thing, square had to hit the ground running and some innocent casualties are to be expected.

SqEnix use a bot to detect bots because it's too much trouble to do it manually and in the process wipe out a boat load of legitimate accounts.

Never really willing to address the problem in the first place. The game is full of mindless grind that nobody wants to do. Sort of like investigating bots?
