The account suspensions and gil reset leave a black mark on this game.

We were not banned, we were suspended.

We did return to the game and SE believe they took 99% of our gil with their automated program.

Some still have millions, if it was on their retainer or an alt. (I still have 4.5mil)

SE are under staffed and it shows, good luck if you ever need to contact Customer Support..

Players are asking for their accounts to be investigated by a Human GM, how does this show we are lying?

I played fair and that is why I am annoyed.

If you think I'm lying, please send in a Ticket asking for my account to be investigated, as if I am lying, not only am I still playing, I still have 4.5mil.

So either way, SE have messed up.
