I believe that someone did that math for the contribution and, while it added a similar amount to parry/block rate as STR added to parry/block value, that's *all* that it did. STR increases damage along with parry/block so it most definitely edges out DEX.

Of course, one of the bigger issues is that the DEX/STR add such minor amounts to your parry/block rate that it's effectively negligible. It takes something like 30 STR to even see the slightest change.

I had a feeling that might be the case. I had read about the STR stack, wasn't sure if DEX stack would be the same if not worse.
