Honestly, I think it is a lead in to a great idea but not quite thought out enough yet.

Instead, I would prefer what some here are calling a KARMA system.

You will gain Karma by simply completing a dungeon using the DF. You will not lose Karma by being disconnected for less than XX minutes as long as you are able to return to the dungeon. If you remain disconnected for more than XX minutes you will lose Y Karma (where Y isn't as bad as being vote kicked), sorry but that is the penalty for a lousy "ISP."

Being vote-kicked will have the most impact on your negative Karma, resulting in Z Karma loss.

At the end of the dungeon, each player not queued with you will have a chance to rate your performance by simply clicking on a star (other icon, etc) or not. Clicking on the star will give a small boost to your Karma as well. Not clicking on the star will not result in any penalty whatsoever (to you or the player you are rating). It is simply a show of appreciation.
