I think the solution is easier than that even.. They need an option to just Duty Finder with only people from your server. Yes you might have longer waits, but then your playing with your own community and plus you can just ban people that suck. I'm assuming the Duty Finder isn't going to pair you up with people on your blacklist -- problem solved. This creates more accountability of the player knowing if they screw the group over everyone is going to know and learn who the bad people are...

they simply exclude players forever whom make a mistake
excluding players forever is just going to ensure there are less players to play with
encouraging players to play nice and be helpful is enabling the community to grow instead of become stagnant

My only fear is that DPS will not get voted up, while healers and Tanks will, due to role responsibility. Guess I will be SUPER NICE![]()

or that people will beg for mvp.
since no one will personally benefit from up voting a RANDOM STRANGER, there is no incentive to up vote just a tank or a healer
players already beg for things they want, that is not a reason to not add things players want to a game

I know it is for RANDOM STRANGERS. I am talking about class roles. In parties, people always compliment tanks and healers, or say "gj guys!" No "good DPS!" I am saying because tank and healer are more essential roles to many people, they will get voted up more likely. Just a concern I thought of. I am all for this system, just being honest!
find a way for your "star" to shine and you will get up votes no matter what role you play ^_^;I know it is for RANDOM STRANGERS. I am talking about class roles. personally i plan on using humor to help me get up votes!

With no real repercussions I can't see this making people be less...problematic. Unless the MVP reward is that substantial. In which case then people will be upset on losing out on it. I dunno. I like the overall idea, I just think it needs a little more.

I think its a charming idea, that plays on the majority within our community's desire to play nice and promote kindness. It will further marginalize and push out of popularity, the troll behaviour and rudeness. Even SE making the mechanic, is a public disapproval of trolling that will,in some small way, "shame" the trollers. That is a good way to deter bad behaviour from reoccuring
in all honesty, you cant "shame" someone who cares nothing about what you think of them =PI think its a charming idea, that plays on the majority within our community's desire to play nice and promote kindness. if they care about getting the points, however, that is how this feature will encourage players to be kind and helpful in a RANDOM duty finder group...
