Also I've tried using a VPN service and having someone from the US (in the physical billing location) use my card as well - nothing. I've tried Visa and MC. For them to continually say it's a problem with my card is balls, because I JUST PAID FOR SOMETHING without issue. Without one small tiny issue. It's NOT my financial institution - it's clearly something on their side...
You are absolutely right on this. I have tried 4-5 different cards and yet this problem still exists, the problem is not with my card, despite them saying it's the bank's fault, the bank says it's the receivers end. If some online gun store will accept my credit card payment then I don't see where the problem lies with my end. I've kept telling them the problem is on THEIR END, yet they keep rerouting it to the problem saying that the country is the problem, the card is the problem, or the account region bullshit. I lost it at some point I had asked for a support rep that actually made more sense than some off the book bs that I've heard every rep say now.

The only countermeasure I did was buy the time card online, they would deliver the code to your email, use the mogstation to input the time card, and this seemed to work for me.



But now another BS problem arises. I want my CE, at the same time my time says 90 days yet im only entitled to the 60 days rewards. BS.
