The trick here for a speedy resolve is to switch queue use 5/3, 5/4 or 5/5 I used 5/4 and reached Cynthia in only 10 min waiting, and a further 5 minutes while she sorted out my problem

    When you get to talking with a Support agent you’ll need to give them your ticket number, Square Enix ID, the registered email address and your date of birth so they can verify your account. So keep that handy
    Don't suppose you know the alternate 5/#'s for NA users or where to find it?

    He is correct, we all really want to play because the game is amazingly fun. However, we can't play because the company's customer support is going to slowly destroy the game. We need SE to address the matter and make things right. Since they're happily staying silent all we can do is pressure them into talking. We have no recourse other than sitting silently and taking it.

    So I have had two tickets open only to find out yesterday that all the tickets were cancelled without even an email to notify anyone. I just so happened to catch the post on lodestone which I'm not even sure that is the main FF14 website.... So after bouncing around their 5 different sites I have yet another ticket open, and of course NA support is unable to be reached on a Friday or a Saturday.
