He is correct, we all really want to play because the game is amazingly fun. However, we can't play because the company's customer support is going to slowly destroy the game. We need SE to address the matter and make things right. Since they're happily staying silent all we can do is pressure them into talking. We have no recourse other than sitting silently and taking it.

To be honest I don't even really know that pressuring them into talking will work. But I do agree with you that instead of staying quiet, we should try to find answers.

i dont think there is any others for NA, as i understand it there are four numbers ( UK, US, German and French) if anyone else can note down which line they used successfully we may be able to find out whats working and what isnt

You're right that the customer service is making it very difficult right now, but you, and many others in this thread are only compounding the issue by spamming chat queues when you know they can offer you no help. If you're really wanting to foster a community then you guys should be a bit more considerate to the European players trying to get their issues sorted.
