For the most part, we did. Up until you guys were getting better resolve and all we got were fake escalations and "Currently there is no agent available. Please try again later."You're right that the customer service is making it very difficult right now, but you, and many others in this thread are only compounding the issue by spamming chat queues when you know they can offer you no help. If you're really wanting to foster a community then you guys should be a bit more considerate to the European players trying to get their issues sorted.
