Dude, even I've come out and said for NA players to quit contacting the EU as they can't help us. Don't hold onto grudges against fellow players as we're all in the same boat hoping SE will fix the situation.You're right that the customer service is making it very difficult right now, but you, and many others in this thread are only compounding the issue by spamming chat queues when you know they can offer you no help. If you're really wanting to foster a community then you guys should be a bit more considerate to the European players trying to get their issues sorted.
I had read several, several pages back that this was the case. Meanwhile you and several others were still spamming the European customer service chat.
TL;DR: Learn to actually read the thread you've been spamming and go outdoors (find something else to do).

Does anyone know what typical fix times are for this after contacting customer support? I had registered on Tuesday, and spoke with them on Wednesday. Still haven't had it fixed on my Mog Station page. Also, is it confirmed you get your free trial reset to the full 30 days?
Just wondering what everyone else is experiencing. Obviously just really wanna get back in the game. lol Missing out on play time with my g/f while she has the weekend off. =/
I'm not a European player. I'm a North American player who sat on hold for almost 4 hours Thursday who hasn't had his issue resolved yet. I just don't see how making the problem worse is going to help.
