With that said, in order for our support team to better assist with each case, we’d like to ask users who are experiencing issues to create their own thread while adhering to the support template. Rest assured, the support team has continued to go through each thread while working remotely.
We will keep the thread open so that users can discuss amongst themselves (which is also the point of the Technical Support forum), please note that you will need to create your own separate thread in order for the support team to provide assistance.
