三都市共同でのグランドカンパニー決起祭が開催中です。
ハロウィンイベントというムードではなさそうです。
Wanted to say "Yes we're going to do it!" but currently Eorzea is going through various threats and to stand against the Garlean empire the 3 nations stood up to hold the current Grand Company foundation day event. It doesn't look like it's in any mood to celebrate Halloween.

その分、新生を迎えた来年のハロウィンイベントなどは開催に向けいろいろ頑張ります！
ぜひ楽しみにお待ちください。
Next year in ARR's Halloween event we will work hard! Please look forward to it.
