Please do something about dps survavibility in OC

How did it fail?

It wanted to push people to play heal, the result is that it pushed people to play tanks because tanks are broken. Never saw that many tanks than in OC.

And yeah, I feel the "just wait to have a heal in your party" is not a good solution enough.

You'd think that's what phantom jobs should be for, letting you cross role boundaries with different ones. Bozja did it with just 2 buttons and a passive, Variant Dungeons also do it just fine with 2 buttons as well.

Yeah, on the paper, that's what it is. Practically, you only reach that state when you've finished leveling all your phantom jobs, which take A LOT of time, or decided to ignore some (or are ready to to lvl them up to a sluggish rate).
