Please Provide Englsh TRANSLATION For The Japanese

Ignorance is bliss. You wouldn't be aware of the issues without playing the game in Japanese with English subtitles while also understanding enough Japanese to notice all of the errors/inconsistencies.

However, if you're so aware of the mistakes, wouldn't it be easier to just play it in Japanese w/o any subs at all tho? That way you don't have to read the English subs now or the translated names.
