Again with that claim! No-one has asked for that! There will ALWAYS be someone who can't do something, no matter how accessible you make it. There are already systems in the game to help you if you're struggling. You want invincibility or infinite raises with trusts. That's fine. Just be honest about what you really want. But I have to say stopping there is kind of ableist of you.
I mean, so far as Trusts go, I don't care that Trust healers can't raise. My only minor issue with Trusts is that you get sent right back to the start if you die - but you go into a Trust-led dungeon knowing that.

The reason they don't is the intended idea is for you to learn the mechanic yourself without the worry of feeling like a burden to other players or being judged by them. If Trusts could raise, they would essentially become guaranteed win states as Trust NPCs are designed to do mechanics near perfectly.
As for the second boss and this thread in a nut shell. I'm sorry, but nothing is overtly fast nor are the visual tells unclear. Giant claws spawn, which should be an obvious indication of line aoes. Likewise, the subsequent electric currents move slowly, and in a straight line. If you're messing up, it's because you simply aren't paying attention. It does get a little faster when they combine either with the spike ball drop, but you can eat one mechanic and still be fine if worse comes to worse. Sure, it might take you a couple tries compared to other players, but that goes back to the whole point of Trusts. If you're anxious, well, nobody is around to watch you. Take your time. Heck, stop doing any DPS and just try to follow the mechanic. There's no hurry.
And if you're still struggling, then throw up a PF asking people to help you. It's very likely you'll find three who will.
Just to be clear, I'm not talking to you, specifically, Carin. Just adding this all to my response.
"Stand in the ashes of a trillion dead souls and ask the ghosts if honor matters."
"The silence is your answer."

Then tell us what you want, Karen. I can tell you that whatever your ideal "mode" or "difficulty" is, it will still be too difficult for someone. They'll make a new thread and we'll be right back where we started.

I've already outlined my opinion, and did so without feeling any need to resort to petty insults aimed at those I don't necessarily agree with.
And I don't think that's necessarily true. As Mawlzy said in an earlier post, difficulty level settings already exist in solo duties - and I feel they're used perfectly in those scenarios, since you only really need use them if you fail to complete them on the first attempt.

So an easier mode that may or may not prevent someone like OP from dying a few times, presumably requiring one death to activate and is just an echo buff if you're following the solo duty system, therefore not actually solving OP's issue. Nice! Well it's been a pleasure interacting with the geriatrics of the XIV community in between my gathering nodes. I hope you're able to overcome this challenge, and when the next story dungeon comes out and it proves too difficult, I'd be happy to help. I can even do callouts for you so you can still do it with duty support for the immersion (something I also like to do). Good luck!I've already outlined my opinion, and did so without feeling any need to resort to petty insults aimed at those I don't necessarily agree with.
