You think?! No shit! Yeah it did strike a nerve. I was really hoping you were going to be cool. Explain that the whole business of FT was way better then everyone thought. I was hoping you were going to provide me a perspective I was missing. I was hoping you were going to be a cool high end player.

Then when I suggested content should be cancelled (demolition paused) until they could catch up with casual cause 'you' just glibly called casuals toxic. Meanwhile we've been putting up with having our shit 'actually' cancelled 'for good'. No reprieve.

We've been called liars.

Then when we hyperbolize (and you 'do' know it's mere hyperbole to call for ultimate to be cancelled, it's never going to happen) We get called toxic, When our content 'has' been cancelled. No mere 'hyoerbole'.
Its like some kind of distilled hypocrisy.

It's like this , after what SE have done to CB3, and what CB3 have done to us casuals, no-one has a leg to stand on if we 'do' get toxic about it.
We are the only ones with godamn right, frankly, to be toxic.

We have been goaded, and provoked, by both CB3, Yoshi himself with "play other games", the savage community, and many of the content creators with their lack of leadership and often outright goading of their own viewers "socialize, juuuust a little", setting just the worst example. Which is fine and no big deal when everything is fine. It's just dude on YouTube. But everything was not fine. It's about tact, tone, and sensitivity, and your an influencer. Instead it's just totally un-self-aware cluelessness.

I'm aware of what a D I am much of the time. But frankly I'm just a nobody player. Not an influencer.

Don't miss understand me though. You personally aren't who I'm thinking of though when that nerce is being touched., and i t's not quite anger. It's not really a tantrum (that's imagery). It's it's deep profound disgust that goes past caring.

Everyone else needs to just be quiet, humble, and tread on eggshells, until SE starts to demonstrate they are going to put this right and start supporting CB3.
That said CB3 aren't going get my respect until they start washing the SE dirty laundry in public. Who is to blame? Ether your loyal to us or your loyal to SE. Which is it CB3? Because we're the ones who've been wronged while at the same time having no power of our own.

As high a end player frankly if you think we should be keeping out of apparently your FT game, then you really ought to just stay out of these/'our' threads and mind your own business.
When SE finally cancels your ultimate, 'then' you can have a say. Which is not ever going to happen.. So just don't worry about it while we blow off steam, and make our feelings perfectly clear.

The live letter was great but they still haven't explained their original thinking for who was going to play FT and how? That was a mistake.

They cancelled content we have now been waiting for for not 1 but 2 whole fricking expansions.

The next time you hear a content creator winning about how Pictc is unbalanced and ultimate too easy, and weird party compositions, then tell them to just be quiet for once. I realised the other day...
it's like when Seb Blatter ran soccer/football FIFA
The game itself I found interminably boring, and i always felt dissociated from this thing everyone raved about.
But I found reading and hearing about the corrupt shenanigans of octogenarian Sepp Blatter at the helm of $1 billion operation with $1.5B 'cash' reserves absolutely fascinating. He was in the news every other day. The outrageous wrinkly grey haired balls of the man! It was fascinating.
It was the end of an era when he left and soccer once again became an interminably boring parade of prima donnas with glass ankles and stupid haircuts, that I had no interest in.

And unlike FT, I can actually get involved in these forums. I'm not being glib with that last bit either.
That is the VERY real reality. I tried twice to get into FT. It was just tree people including me on one occasion, and less than 10 on the next occasion. Peak gaming time. It was absolutely hopeless. That was well into the event, you can guess I hardly speed ran my way to 20. From there do you think I was then going to make any further 'effort' or attempts to get in? Only to probably be called a sniper, not healed and left dead in the floor? No. Just total absence of motivation for that. Quickly forgotten.

No. These forms are the stuff they orbit is fascinating though.
I could say loads on that but I can't be bothered right now.

I think you make some good points. Arguments rarely sway the views of either people involved, but they change the minds of bystanders all the time.
