It's a half-decade old screenshot so, not as much as you think. And it's still a cogent point that FFLogs users cannibalize themselves regularly regardless of if their own past appears hypocritical of such stated criticism now. I used to raid in WoW, I was as toxic as the average raider there when I was doing it (though I pride myself on never being the type to shout slurs, at least). Am I projecting if I then say WoW raiders as a community are toxic af 13 or so years after I stopped?

I felt that it nicely proves my point that people who tout parse percentiles as the be all and end all benchmark for player skill are usually clowns who are best ignored.

When used correctly, logs are very useful. The potential for people to misuse them or attempt to use percentiles to gatekeep exists but it's rare and in doing this someone is pretty much outing themself as being an idiot.

My post didn't tout percentiles. It asked for clears, and reasonable, mid-tier numbers that are easily achievable by most players with an understanding of their class. So if anything you used me as a counter example.
