Thats... what I said? I have no idea what you are arguing against here when you are saying the point I was making?
This is not about revising old content, but about reworking an always current game mechanic they have implemented to keep old content somewhat relevant. They already (should) have a document outlining the PPM of every class for every level bracket, as well as expected PPM for every instance when it was designed. Calculating a reverse-echo is not that much work, its a workday at best for someone who uses Excel (or any other table calculator software).What plays into all this is the fact SE has rarely ever revisited old content. It took 7 years before they revisited the ARR story and the whole 10 years before they had revamped all the old MSQ dungeons. So even if they were willing to do this, the chances of them having much focus on anything old is low. A single sidequest dungeon revamp is about the extent of it at the moment.
Considering there is supposedly a revamp of classes coming in 8.0, maybe it is something they are keeping in mind. Who knows.
