I've mentioned it before but let me reiterate that many of these so-called commanders make terrible calls such as leading the group into a pinch or attacking the wrong team.
"Looking at the map you can see what to do" is how you get people to do nothing but lick ice, even when there is an opportunity to cut off the enemies retreat and rack up battle high. Or how a team instantly splits when there are A-ranks spawning both to the left and right hand side in Onsal. Or how people will throw themselves to capture the B rank node on the same side as the 3rd place team, while the winning team is just sitting back chilling on their 2 S rank spawns. I am sorry if most of the commanders are just the DRKs announcing their engagements, but that is an NA problem then. But knowing and recognizing high level strategy that needs to happen isn't something that everyone can just do, so this trash talking of commanders in general is just "holier than though" speak.

Also, I don't mind letting someone be there to claim the node so I can rack up BH and or cover them while they do it. That's just good teamwork. I see you don't have keeper of knowledge, maybe you should lick a few more nodes.
Oh please, stop with the pretense. As if there aren't way too many people in every Shatter match that do nothing but lick the ice node even when the team has the ramp advantage, instead of just clearing out the enemies and then go back to attacking the crystal. People with less than 10k enemy damage on Shatter need to be autobanned. I mean, if you don't see and recognize them, that is pretty much just on you tbh. And there is absolutely no reason to defend this kind of quite frankly lethargic gameplay. Objectives, just like kills / routing of players is a means to an end, and it's still a PvP mode. People who don't want to engage in even the most basic of PvP in a PvP mode are simply in the wrong mode and need to be removed.

Don't worry, in that regard, you're safe.

You see this all the time on Primal, but I know you're on Aether and that experience may be foreign. I agree that shunning all combat is foolish however. It happens with regularity in FoG that one team will have a massive lead and get bodied for lack of BH at the end.
Oh, so you do know just how terrible the strategic play can be leaving the swarm idiocy to their own devices. So what exactly where you trying to argue again?
