I dont like Xeno but I will give it to him that nowadays he seems far more passionate then the game then Mr Happy is, I get retired vibes from him now. Xeno decided to call Covid an "excuse" for why there was only one Ultimate during Shadowbringers so as far as I'm concerned he's worse. I've seen his general content and he's just obnoxious overblown airbag of a person.
