new option: vote wipe

I'm very much in favour of a "wipe?" vote option. Also, going by what we've seen in Frosty's video from the media tour, we're going to be rid of the "walk of shame" soon, and teleport directly to a boss arena after a wipe, making it even more comfortable to restart.

Can it be fun to check out if you can manage to do it? Sure. Is this a valid reason to have 3 of 4 players wishing they could play Triple Triad in a dungeon because they're having an absurd amount of time of doing nothing ahead of them, because the boss is still at 50%? No, absolutely not. Is it better to solo it down from 5% to 0% instead of doing the whole fight all over again? Possibly, considering the boss is almost dead, but imo that's the only exception.
