Expert roulettes are child's play 95% of the time.

And if you actively watch healer casts it's truly comical.
I see more wipes in the 38 to 49 ARR dungeons before the Tanks can sustain themselves entirely, and the monsters seemingly do more damage to the tanks in general.

Many times the tank runs ahead and if the healer isn't paying attention for about 10 seconds they are dead lol.

To be honest, we are never going to have a consensus. We have different generations of healers. Some of us come from older MMOs where 90% of our time was healing, and that's what we enjoyed. Others joined XIV in an era where healing was already about 20% of the job, and that is what they grew up with and enjoy. Many modern MMOs just abandoned the trinity and everyone is a DPS, adding to the number of people who don't see the point of more and more healing in general.

Requiring that every healer agree on one plan for the devs will just cannibalize the movement and divide us.

But what we do agree on is something has to be done. And that's a great start. And I think adding things from both camps of healers will be a great compromise so that everyone is happier than they are today.
