That isn't the case actually, I've used a foreign debit card (Lebanese) and my address isn't there on the SE account (it's not even a listed country on this game) and it still worked.

Do you have a subscription that is renewed automatically? These ones are being continued undisturbed, even with outdated payment methods like mine (sepa). Trouble starts as soon as you like to buy anything from the store, add a retainer or anything else.
