The biggest thing is the absolute hypocrisy considering that same person literally attacks every single complaint, like actually attacking them (as i showed in the last post of the last page)
it's pretty hilarious
Jelaous of what exactly? All these negative threads about FFXIV about not getting awards, slow content rollout, and etc are just nonsense. The development team went through Covid-19 and an serious personal illness and still won awards & put out award-winning content for TWO games! Yoshi-P and his development team have already proven themselves. FFXIV is in the Guinness Books of World Records, won many awards (including in 2023), and still developing world-class games.

I read these threads from completely jealous people that are just nit-picking at anything about FFXIV. Get over it. FFXIV is the #1 MMO and maybe for all-time. WOW will never be FFXIV nor any other game (period).
FFXIV won awards in 2023,
DICE Awards (Online Game of the Year)
Famitsu / Dengeki (FAMITSU DENGEKI GAME AWARDS 2022: Best Online Game)
BAFTA (Evolving Game)
Just for the record and just my personal opinion, these same jealous people are the same ones making illegal/forbidden mods, trying to deface the FFXIV universe, and create unfounded rumors.
Yoshi-P and his development team have patience like a Saint, especially after the TOP Ultimate fiasco and unfounded complaints/jealousy.
You say the forums is for providing feedback but do nothing but attack people when they do leave feedback. The only reason your defending op is because it's a positive thread saying how great ff14 is and how many awards it won when it doesn't matter if a game when an award because awards doesn't change if a game is good or bad. Look at all the awards cod won back in the day 10 years ago where from 2009-2013/14 it won yearly awards despite that series not being the best series and proves that even yearly released garbage winning awards is meaningless.

That is when the true Vana'diel of legend will be reborn.
Just to list a few:
The quality of 6.0's story is debatable, if you want some more specific complaints about it just take a look here
The post 6.0 story has been mostly filler and forgettable.
Combat gameplay is probably the worst it has ever been, the fixation on everything looping either every 60 or 120 seconds leading to incredibly samey job design, gigantic hitboxes, overabudance of bodycheck mechanics to prevent recovery and artificially inflate the time spent progging a fight.
Increasingly longer gaps between patches, we went from 3.5 months to 4 months to now 4.5 months.
Very short shelf life of the content we have been getting, little to no midcore content or even content to spend longer amounts of time on between patches.
The relic weapon quests essentially auto-completing themselves.
More severe bugs than any previous expansion.
Most people probably don't even remember the bug that would lock you out of your main job mechanic if you had another bard in the party, Shake It Off healing for 1mil HP, the boss aggro and buff cap issues in TOP, your job buffs applying to other people in the party, the housing lottery debacle, the Ninja Mudra bug that lasted for over a month, etc

The quality of the story is debatable, but that's a kind of subjective take. I know some people hated it but I've heard a vast majority enjoying it and even crying at some points. A lot of these people will concede on the awkward parts but they enjoyed it a lot. We could get super nitpicky here and arrive at no conclusion at all for how subjective it was. I personally enjoyed base Endwalker's story.Just to list a few:

Post 6.0 story is a hit or miss for me. But again, there are people who just enjoyed Zero as a character, the patch cycle going to 4.5 might have made feel the story dragging forever, but I wouldn't call it mediocre. For the jobs it's the same story, you can find an equal amount of players liking the 120 meta vs people who think it's too dumb easy.
Most of the bugs have been resolved now, but I never found things to be as bad breaking as Cyberpunk or Starfield. The awkward bugs were fixed.
I'll give you that the auto-relic was a choice I never liked. But when I think about mediocre, I think maybe... the dungeon boss encounters being unable to surprise you, the wall to wall mobs without any particular danger or interesting mechanic to them, being able to sleep through the 24 man dungeons. The lack of Eureka/Bozja like content was a bad choice, just like being unable to incorporate the criterion dungeons to their rewards system making it awkward and disposable.
When you say utter mediocrity you make it sound like it's just a waste of time. And I don't think that's true.
That being said, I still don't understand what the OP means by jealous.
