A lot of those bugs should have never happened IMO, the TOP buff bug just has me like have they learned nothing from Eureka and Bozja? The bard bug should have been caught in QA.
There has been a downgrade of QA during EW tbh.
I'm trying to decide if the troll-OP actually used the term "Jealousy" correctly or not.
Jealousy being the feeling of fear and protectiveness over the perceived loss of a position or situation to another person, versus how it is commonly used, which is actually envy (the strong desire for the possession(s), attribute(s), or situation another person has).

I think the issue here is that the things you're listing are nothing but purely subjective personal opinions, yet you're trying to present them as if they're somehow objective or factual. For example, just take a quick trip around YT and for every one poster here considering the EW storyline mediocre or worse, you'll probably find a dozen posters there finding it highly engaging, enjoyable, meaningful, and so on.Just to list a few:
The quality of 6.0's story is debatable, if you want some more specific complaints about it just take a look here
The post 6.0 story has been mostly filler and forgettable.
Combat gameplay is probably the worst it has ever been, the fixation on everything looping either every 60 or 120 seconds leading to incredibly samey job design, gigantic hitboxes, overabudance of bodycheck mechanics to prevent recovery and artificially inflate the time spent progging a fight.
Increasingly longer gaps between patches, we went from 3.5 months to 4 months to now 4.5 months.
Very short shelf life of the content we have been getting, little to no midcore content or even content to spend longer amounts of time on between patches.
The relic weapon quests essentially auto-completing themselves.
(snip for length)
Same with combat. Something being "debatable" doesn't make it "mediocre" - it just means some people will likely have the opinion that it is not working well, while other people will thoroughly enjoy it. Personally, I don't do any level of combat where the "2-minute meta" matters, so that's meaningless to me. I have a lot of fun with the combat right now, and I like that some of the jobs are similar enough that they're easy to switch to and try out, yet still have unique aspects that make me prefer some to others.
Gaps between patches also doesn't equate to "mediocre". Heck, for someone like me, this is my chance to finally catch up on content that I've always wanted to do, but just never got around to yet. Some of what you claim is "very short shelf life" content is content I haven't even started yet. I'm also someone who sort of wished there was more to the relic steps, but also didn't particularly mind that you could do pretty much any content you wanted and still steadily complete them (especially now that I have a bunch of different classes at max).
Of course, all of this is also just my own personal, subjective opinion. But discussions get further and are more productive when we acknowledge our opinions as such rather than trying to act as if they are magically objective fact.

Honestly, I don't mind people criticizing the devs for not catching bugs like this, it makes them stay on their toes, but I wouldn't consider TOP to be an utter mediocre experience.
All of this over losing two awards in the Game Awards.
The bugs complaint is an odd one to me. They don't use a PTR so yes, stuff will be missed.
Perfect example is wow season of discovery. That didn't go on PTR and they had hunters scorpion pet doing 800% the intended damage due to a bug (just one example).
The rest, 100% agree. Story is dog poo (imo) and combat is stupid stale.
God I hate mobile on this site. Just wanted to say, I meant I 100% agree with those complaining about the game. So not the op
