Housing needs to be account based

Don't see how it removes value unless you want to resale it, which is never the intention in the first place.

And any person who care about "prestige" in a video game, especially the kinds that comes at heavy cost of follow gamers should go out and touch grass I would say.

Like ... don't get me wrong, if someone covet the prestige of clearing ultimate, that's power to them because them clearing an ultimate doesn't stop anyone else also getting one. But if they want the prestige that comes with the mindset of "I got mind, **** you" then ... yeah, go out and touch grass.

I dont think you understood what I meant by prestige or value even.

Some plots are called S-Tier in the housing community, plots such as S60,M35,LB41.

I'm not talking about value as in gil, I'm talking that it's simply the "end game" of housing to have one of those plots, that's why it's prestigious and has value, it ain't easy to get one, simple as that really. It's the biggest challenge that we face, to get one of those.

And yes, I dont want it handed out to everybody.

All in all the focus should be on those that actually care about housing, not those who claim their house then never go to it again, never decorate it or just use it for the summoning bell.

Instanced housing will not happen, at the very least for the next few years to come, and I am very happy that way.

And I know very well ill be called selfish blah blah blah, I am enjoying a feature of the game. Period. Yoshi P has 0 intention of moving to instanced so if anything he is in direct agreement with my vision of housing.

Time to either deal with it or complaint endlessly, they don't read the EU/NA forums anyway so people can keep screaming into the void, the JP community is not interested in instanced housing and that's what the devs focus on.
