Or maybe you're just clueless and you arent worth arguing with, some other people bring up decent points, but you make none, also lol @ Flex on peasants with no money, if you think any multiowner cares about flexing money on people, that really shows you have even less of a clue than I thought, as for "flexes in various threads" I have "flexed" once, and removed my post after because it was in response to someone that was a multiowner themselves and were trying to act smart bragging about having 30 shell fcs.

Tbf some people have the ability to pile dozens of bids onto a house depending on how many alts they have prepared. One person in Dyna made it pretty known they had 30+ to go for buying a large. I wouldn't be shocked if there are others with the same ability across the other servers.

Any proper multiowner that has plans to expand will have multiple bids available per FC yes, just in case.

They wouldn’t even need to scrap the existing system, just add instanced as an additional alternative. No one’s going to care if some rando has 50 plots if everyone is guaranteed their own fully functional house.

The scarcity is the bigger problem. You have someone taking up 8 houses (per account) on servers where everything is pretty much picked clean for private buyers and people are understandably going to be upset at those hoarding a limited resource, whatever the reason.

Add instanced housing on the island sure, but leave the normal housing areas alone, there is no need for instanced housing on normal housing zones. Also "a limited resource" is a bit comical considering the amount of open plots on every world, minus the extremely populated NA servers. A medium or large is a luxury, not a given, a small on the other hand is very easy to get.
