Or maybe you're just clueless and you arent worth arguing with, some other people bring up decent points, but you make none, also lol @ Flex on peasants with no money, if you think any multiowner cares about flexing money on people, that really shows you have even less of a clue than I thought, as for "flexes in various threads" I have "flexed" once, and removed my post after because it was in response to someone that was a multiowner themselves and were trying to act smart bragging about having 30 shell fcs.

Tbf some people have the ability to pile dozens of bids onto a house depending on how many alts they have prepared. One person in Dyna made it pretty known they had 30+ to go for buying a large. I wouldn't be shocked if there are others with the same ability across the other servers.

Any proper multiowner that has plans to expand will have multiple bids available per FC yes, just in case.

They wouldn’t even need to scrap the existing system, just add instanced as an additional alternative. No one’s going to care if some rando has 50 plots if everyone is guaranteed their own fully functional house.

The scarcity is the bigger problem. You have someone taking up 8 houses (per account) on servers where everything is pretty much picked clean for private buyers and people are understandably going to be upset at those hoarding a limited resource, whatever the reason.

Add instanced housing on the island sure, but leave the normal housing areas alone, there is no need for instanced housing on normal housing zones. Also "a limited resource" is a bit comical considering the amount of open plots on every world, minus the extremely populated NA servers. A medium or large is a luxury, not a given, a small on the other hand is very easy to get.

That doesn't change anything. You still openly flexed about how much housing you own, and shows your character. You won't argue with me or provide any facts because you know what your doing is clearly against terms of service. You don't care about the community at large when you buy up large amounts of housing. I find it more hilarious that you feel the need to continue posting on an alt account. I didn't say multi-home owning was against Terms of service. Can you read? I accused you of hiding information because I strongly suspect that you're engaging in illicit activity to own all those houses. Also you could argue that buying out entire wards would fall under Nuissance behaviour of the terms of service, especially if you're deliberately depriving people of housing. I'll wait long than you, because I know you're just going to keep whatever "Facts" you have to yourself.

Again, you miss my point entirely, as is to be expected with Storm Peaks. Why should someone be forced to buy in a zone they don't want so you can have all your hoarded houses wherever you please? Why should you be able to deprive people of having a house next to their friends so you can own 5+ houses? Why do you need 5+ houses? Why do you need the gil from Submarine farms to remain high? Why would a submarine farmer turn to RMT if this gil was reduced? I'll wait for ONE answer to any of these.

No one has to engage in illicit activity to be a multi-house owner. It takes only about 350 million gil to buy an entire subdivision. While you can't get it overnight, there are plenty of ways to earn that much gil through the usual ways to make gil without having access to a workshop or buying from RMT.

It's also not what is meant by Nuisance Behavior. But feel free to report multi-house owners for Nuisance Behavior and see what that accomplishes.

Stormpeaks and I are not on good terms. I'm one of those that dislikes multi-house owners for taking advantage of what the system allows while other players struggle to get a house but even I will tell you that Stormpeak's facts are solid while your assumptions are getting drawn from thin air.

Attacking the multi-house owners accomplishes nothing. If you want to see plots more fairly distributed, turn your attention to the dev team. They're the ones who set the rules for the system. If you want to see a bigger change to the system that would ensure every player who wants one house or even multiple houses can get them regardless of what others have, turn your attention to Square Enix. The corporation holds the budget strings and when those strings are tight, the developers can't accomplish much.
