Perhaps because it's a sensible response? It's what I did with WoW when I realized I just wasn't enjoying it anymore, and the specific things Blizzard was focusing on most were things that didn't appeal to me (while at the same time SE's areas of focus on FFXIV were exactly what I was looking for in a game). I unsubbed from that game a couple years ago, turned this one into my main MMO, and I've been having a lot of fun ever since. Given the bitterness and outright hostility I've seen in many of your posts, it sounds more like the "discussion" you want is really just "a game is only fun if it does what I want, and here's why it should change to suit me, and if you have a different opinion, you're wrong and licking SE's boots." That's not healthy for anyone. Maybe if you keep hearing people giving you the same advice...someday you might discover that there's a reason for it?
1st of all you dont know what I do in this game, there is other content than savage raiding or ultimates, or hell even roulettes, that I do, and that also keeps me in this game, else I wouldnt even be here, housing being a big one.

2nd "for me", I am not alone in this game, and putting challenging content for likeminded people that are like me is not going to deny people that have no time to put in the game from doing their usual savage raiding or ultimate, you can have both content for people that barely play the game, and for people that play the game a lot, one doesnt have to go without the other, you can pick a good balance for the people that want a challenge, and those who just want to breeze through the entire game.

Right now is not a balance, its easy to breeze through everything, and that's all there is, there is zero challenge, and that's also why the content gets abandoned less than a week after a patch drops, because it's simply not fun and people would rather play other games.
