"Our ISP is the issue", "they're doing xyz to alleviate the congestion", "we're doing xyz to alleviate the congestion", "here's an ETA", at least SOMETHING.

"Contact YOUR ISP" and then silence is a really bad look on SE.

I had just renewed my subscription when this whole thing started, I'll have to wait it out and then if we don't get any communication or a solution there's no point in getting another one.
