    "Other people are doing worse" wouldn't be my argument, considering asking for communication isn't against ToS.

    I also have an account going on a decade old, which isn't really worth much if you can't even play the game you pay monthly for.

    I also don't know what our next step should be. But being patient hasn't worked so far, we haven't heard from SE in a week and even then "contact your ISP" was terrible communication.

    Packet loss issues STILL

    Now, after 3 full weeks of dealing with this issue. I am convinced that either SE just doesn't care, or they are completely incapable of addressing the problem. I have AT&T also, and have no issues while playing other games. My speed tests come back fine, so, as consumers, I believe that we will get a response from SE if we cancel our subs and spend our money somewhere else

    We’ve been pinging the NA lobby server for about a week now. There’s reduced packet loss today from the last few days but this issue still exists and is NTT’s and needs to be addressed before you lose more subscriptions, Square. The finger pointing at this point is ridiculous we can clearly see who the problem is. Telling us to contact our isp is insulting our intelligence at this point.

    Let's say they lose 2000 subscriptions over this. So roughly $30K a month; $360K for the year. Their total revenue last year was $2.232B.

    It's a drop in the bucket for them. They don't care, and their slow, meager responses to this thread are the smoking gun that proves it.

    And NTT REALLY doesn't care. They're over three times as large as SE and are foreign-owned.

    I’m sure you’re not wrong, but Rome wasn’t built in a day and I will keep posting in this thread and I hope others do as well in social media and game sites to bring continuing attention to this recurring problem with NTT. I hope it makes square look as lazy/uncaring as possible. I’ve been subscribed to this game for almost 10 years now and they are another money hungry corporation like the rest of them and it’s for that reason I don’t owe them an ounce of pity in this situation.

    By all means, keep this thread alive! I'm following it so I can let my friends know when they can ditch their VPNs.

    I'm not saying to give up, I'm just saying to keep your expectations realistic and be prepared for the reality of this not being fixed anytime soon.

    Boycott other SE products, and let everyone know WHY you are boycotting them. Anyone who complains about this issue/SE and then turns around and buys FF16/FF7R2 is actively telling SE that they're okay with their terrible practices.

    I honestly feel like the only thing AT&T users can do that MIGHT make a difference is mass cancellation of subs… not sure how much a difference it can possibly make but clearly complaining to all parties involved is not working in the slightest.

    I have been called a coward for this by other people in this thread, but the only realistic options are:

    1)Get a VPN/Change ISPs
    2)Stop playing the game until this is resolved at some unknown time in the future.

    And yes, I fully understand that option 1 is not viable for many people.

    Everything about this sucks and I wish there were other options, but this is reality.

    Putting up PF listings complaining about this would be about as useful as sitting outside the Capitol building with a cardboard sign complaining about the government.
