I believe it's SE. SE is pointing at AT&T but as consumers we dont know who is in the wrong. I can play any other game except FFXIV and have no lag whatsoever. I have Verizon for my cellular provider so I may just end up having to use hotspot off my phone to play the patch tomorrow.
