You cannot compare PvE to PvP. In PvP, you are against other players rather than going against scripted PvE bosses.
In PvE, everyone wins, in PvP, there is a winner & a loser, which is reflected in the rewards. In this case, you are a loser for participating in the Feast and not getting to the top 100, which is fine.

For example, Argentina (Winner) won the last year's World Cup (Season) trophy (Reward) against France (Loser), do you think France would get the 2022 World Cup trophy in 2023 or any year later? No, but they can participate in the next World Cup in 2026 (New Season).

That is why I am more of "bring new rewards" rather than "return old rewards".
I also believe that PvE 1st world clears should get special rewards too because there is a Player vs Player element in it, granted they solve the cheating issues in raiding & PvE in general.

Your post not only doesn't make any sense but also contradicts itself. You say in pve everyone wins and there's no player vs player element, but then u say pve world first clears should get special rewards because there is in pvp element in that one. Which one is it then ? As far as I know not everybody wins say the omega protocol ultimate, only few thousands cleared worldwide. How is that everyone wins ? There's certainly people who will try and fail to beat that ultimate, guaranteed 100%. Folowing your twisted logic they're loosers in that case but hey guess what, they can still keep trying and get it in a year or two as it will remain accessible unlike old feast stuff.

You also mention cheating issues in pve. There are well documented, proven and persistant cheating issues for years in pvp too but of course you don't mention those as it doesn't suit your narration. There's been win trading, speed hacking, plugins used to track other people resources, boosters, people climbing on multiple chars for same server and the list goes on.
Then you also bring football into discussion to back up your point of view. In case u didn't know they compete against the very same trophy. As a matter of fact it's just a replica that barely changes. If France doesn't get it in a certain year, they can get it next time if they play better. Same trophy's gonna be accessible, unlike old feast rewards that are gone forever and barely ever seen in the game.
