Why do people avoid getting better at the game?

this is NOT the game for them.... Casulization is a cancer that needs to be cut out. You can't make a great game by catering to some people who refuse to actually improve....

Have fun figuring out how to keep a massive MMORPG designed for casual players afloat without the casual player revenue.

Again, those other games exist. Can't understand why people complain about X game not being Y-enough when Y-Game literally exists and is available to play.

Remember, hardcore content exists because there is demand for it, but it's more of a bone-thrown situation than the main "deal". Yoshi-P even ranted about "What's the point of even having hardcore content if people just cheat it", so it's not like he's married to the idea of even having hard content at all.
