It is correct, people modding in completely new outfits is making the creation of outfits on behalf of SE just as pointless as third party tools do for raids. You cant have it both ways or you just sound like someone trying to mental gymnastics their use of cosmetic mods being okay.

The mods you use to make yourself look different don't affect what other people see. If it made the outfits your wearing visible to others they would absolutely have issue with it. You sound like someone who just doesn't want to accept the fact mods are cheating.

I don't mod so no I don't know what you are referencing but again it has nothing to do with outfits which is what we were talking about. You were adamant that mods should be ok since they also were used for cosmetics, and the best example you could share was adventure plate modding.

People posting "Mare Lamentorum" in their plate are telling fellow users of a certain mod that they have that mod.
It's used to share mod settings or something with other players so that their modded characters look the same on your screen as they do on their own screen.

Thank you for explaining, so it is asking someone else to mod their game in order for your mods to even appear. Wow this is even more irrelevant to the conversation than I thought.....

If you have no idea what mods are out there maybe you should hold back on commenting one how those mods will or wont influence SE's designs. I'm not talking about adventure plate modding btw. You are just clueless.

You don't need to know every single mod ever made to explain a general stance against mods as a whole. If you have arguments or counter points to my original statement I would love to address those but now people are just getting petty because they have no good arguments.
