Just take the time to peruse all the wards in any world and you'll eventually find one with the majority being owned by a single set of shell FCs, with each shell FC only having a single member on average.

Just please do not post any images of ward listing as that is construed as targeting. Remember, this is about what the game allows mechanically and how those mechanics are abused to the detriment of the community.
