What exactly is restricting new players going to do when they already struggle to make gil as it is to even consider buying one? The amount of times I hear "I can barely make over 1m gil." from newbies on here or in NN, etc.

If you think most of the houses are being taken up by sprouts or actual new players, that's kinda laughable.

You know that buying gil is cheap right? And that square is barely doing anything to ban the people that do it? Why should people that have been playing and waiting for a house for years have to compete with this? Would like to see to have at least the requirement to finish endgame just like with island sanctuary.
