Not now that housing demolition is back on.

A load of houses were freed up a couple weeks earlier as well due to the first round of demolition timers expiring.

There are now 5 free plots in my ward alone, either through demolition or relocation, which will be up for bidding in a couple of days.

Demo is only going to do so much, especially now that people know it's back on. You can't count on houses being demo'd every bid cycle, especially if you're on aether (can't speak for other DCs), the new wards on Gilg filled up immediately for example.

With a set supply and only a few becoming available every now and then, yes, it is going to become harder to win as time goes on just due to the demand as has been stated already in this thread.

Now, on the subject of Gilgamesh, if they had added just a few more wards this patch, I think the supply might have come close to matching the demand, because all of the mediums and larges I looked at had like 1-3 bids on them.
