Supply is going to dry up, there will inherently be more bidders on each available house each round because less houses will be available. It just gets harder as time goes on just due to supply being nowhere near the demand.
Not now that housing demolition is back on.

A load of houses were freed up a couple weeks earlier as well due to the first round of demolition timers expiring.

There are now 5 free plots in my ward alone, either through demolition or relocation, which will be up for bidding in a couple of days.
